You can cut it to two steps and save some money by using a freeware tool
called handbreak. It will open the VIDEO_TS folder created by Mac The
Ripper, and allow you to pick a title to export out.
It doesn't have a preset for video ipod (yet) but set the resolution for
320x180 for widescreen content and it will do the job.
