I am experimenting with instant messenger clients
and HIPAA, and would like to see if a few that
claim to be "safe" are really safe. One notable
messenger is the new MSN messenger when
connecting to LCS it claims to be encrypted. Not
that I distrust but as Ronald Reagan said,
"trust but verify".
