Title: Bootcamp
Good point. I've really resisted even VirtualPC for
that reason. It probably makes more sense to just have two computers. But the
problem is that when I travel I want my Mac! It is far and away my preferred
platform for development work and is easier for, well, everything else, too.

What nobody here has mentioned, but I have seen
discussed in other mac forums, is the potential for viruses to affect the Mac
partition of a dual booted machine.
If you are running under XP on your MacIntel, and you
happen to have the Mac partition mounted (to exchange files, or whatever) what's
to stop someone from creating a virus that will look for a mounted mac partition
and delete files? Mark my words, it'll happen. And Windows XP/Vista
won't do a damn thing to stop it.
