I have a job posting I'd like to request be included in this week's

Macintosh Desktop Specialist, Bethesda, MD, USA
Specific Duties of Position:
* Macintosh Desktop Support
Skills and Experience Required:
* Formal training in Macintosh with knowledge of current Macintosh
hardware, software, OS 9, OS X and associated peripherals. Experience
with medical software is a plus, but not required.
* Possess at least three years working experience supporting
Macintosh hardware and software in a mixed network environment.
Applicant must have at least two years of experience supporting OS X
in such an environment. Experience supporting Mac OS X 10.3
and 10.4 is a plus.
* Must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to
quickly identify and resolve Macintosh problems.
* Documentation and research skills required.
* Understanding of 802.11b and 802.11g wireless networks. Knowledge
of Cisco wireless a plus.
* Provide user training on application usage, network and data
communication features and capabilities.
* Must have a clear understanding of Ethernet and experience with TCP/
IP. Internet experience is a must. Experience with Cisco networking
equipment a plus.
* Must possess excellent user interface, verbal and written
communication skills.
* Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, competitive
environment and provide excellent customer service to our clients in
a timely and responsive manner.
Education/Training/Certifications:
* Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist
* BSCS or related degree desirable.
