Title: Re: [Fed-Talk] Entourage and Certificates on Intel based Mac
You are correct that MS did not release a patch for Intel Macs to use the certificates in Entourage but there is a fair amount of discussion regarding the use of Entourage and certificates in PPC macs since that has been available for some time and a number of the issues will still be the same.
If you verified the case of the email address on the certs match as mentioned by Michael and I then I can’t provide you anymore information without that environment however a majority of the time that is the very problem.

The e-mail address on the certificate is all in lower case.
Try the fed-talk archives, a lot of information is included in there,
entourage and CAC should limit you to very few messages.
Unfortunately I already went down this path, and this seems to be completely new, since it wasn't until this past Tuesday that M$ released the patch which allowed for the use of certificates in Entourage on Intel based Mac's.
Another interesting piece to this puzzle is that although I cannot send a signed message, I can send an encrypted message. However when I receive an encrypted reply, entourage will not decode it. It kicks out the following error... There was an error trying to decrypt the message or locating your encryption certificate.
Thanks for your help
Chris
