The e-mail address on the certificate is all in lower case. Try the fed-talk archives, a lot of information is included in there, entourage and CAC should limit you to very few messages.
Unfortunately I already went down this path, and this seems to be completely new, since it wasn't until this past Tuesday that M$ released the patch which allowed for the use of certificates in Entourage on Intel based Mac's.
Another interesting piece to this puzzle is that although I cannot send a signed message, I can send an encrypted message. However when I receive an encrypted reply, entourage will not decode it. It kicks out the following error... There was an error trying to decrypt the message or locating your encryption certificate.
