Personally, I have been using an Apple Bluetooth Mouse over two years now.
One point I had a problem w/ my Bluetooth mouse, that I have taken to Apple
Retail store in McLean,VA (Tyson 1) and it was replaced on the spot.
I believed Apple mighty mouse comes with one year manufacture warranty, and
ensure that you ought double check w/ it's warranty and bring the mouse box
and manual everything to Apple retail store.
