Transmit is nice--it's what I use ... Cyberduck is good, too, and it's free.
Fugu is nice insofar as it's just a front end to the existing command line
tools.

I will voice my support for transmit. Very nice app that supports a
number of ftp protocols including sftp. Although you can also sftp
through the command line...
