I think that for people deploying Apple products, you need some combination of ADC to get seeding, and AppleCare for 24 hour tech support.
It is hard to compare MSDN to ADC. Each one has multiple levels with differing costs. I have the top level MSDN and ADC subscriptions. Each have strengths and weaknesses.
We get more than two support incidents, but when we use them we expect to get a LOT of support. MSDN doesn’t provide even close to the support we receive from our ADC incidents.
My biggest problem with Apple is the non-disclosure for future operating systems. I’m prevented from discussing Leopard with anyone outside of Apple until Leopard ships. This really stinks unless Apple gets involved (which might not be in our best interests). By the time MS releases Vista, everyone should know what to expect. When Apple releases Leopard and ship it on new hardware, customers will not know what to expect, even with ADC because they won’t be able to test some third party software.

It would be nice if ADC would give use more than just the OS, maybe also things we need to make them work efficiently like Remote Desktop and other apps that we can use to develop applications.
Live Tech Support: I know ADC has the "two email tech support issues"... which works for me (I don't think I have ever used all of them, I've used it once or twice on installer script issues), but MSDN from Microsoft has true live phone support for tech questions.... and if you are in a deadline and need an answer fast, the 72 hour turn around of ADC can be detrimental to a project.
