I've recently gone through a pretty bad customer support experience
with Apple, and I was wondering if anyone knows where I should
address it outside of the 1800 #'s for general support.
The short version is 1 Month in the shop out of the box for my iMac,
replaced iMac, and then getting a pro-rated refund on Applecare
because I cancelled it more than 30 days after the purchase (couldn't
get the effective date adjusted to the new machine date). I figured
the initial 90 days was covered, so refunds or moving the start date
wouldn't be a problem.
Posting here because I purchased it under Government Employee
Purchase Plan. Not looking for a major outcome, mostly as a long
time apple user, I'm concerned that they hear the bad stories to
improve.
