fashion, so that different registered users were seeing different

Somehow I think I will hold off on this update until a lot of
people have had a lot of experience with it........
I always wait on updates. The last policies I defined for someone had
a 7 calendar day cooling off period to allow for update recalls and
test system results, then a 10 working day pilot test.
