Robert,
I've been running BonEcho 2.0.0.7 with CAC on a Intel based Mac. Running
10.4.10, 2.16 GHz pre-Santa Rosa Core Duo, 2GB ram, 15" MBP. I haven't used
the DoD extension, I've set the path manually and never had any problems. I
use an standard SCR-331 (reflashed on Windows to latest firmware).
It all works fine in BonEcho and Entourage.
Occasionally, I'll have to exit BonEcho and restart once the CAC is in but
that is about it.
