I'm still stuck on this problem too
Could someone please advise on how to get Safari to recognize Verisign
ECA certs at DOD websites?
Keychain Access claims my ECA cert is valid and all the DOD certs are
in X509Anchors. But when I visit any DOD site, Safari only sees several
self-signed certs I created at various times.
I called Verisign who said they "don't support macs". Funny, I asked for
Verisign cert support, not Mac support. Seems they don't do that well either.

Anyone have any info on how to do this. Verisign still has one of the worst customer support sites I have ever seen.
Any help would be appreciated.
