Please tell us what steps you have tried to get it to work? What exactly
does not work?
After inserting a CAC into the reader, you should be able to launch Keychain
Access (in /Applications/Utilities). Be sure the button in the lower left
corner of the window shows "Hide keychains"; click it if it says "Show
Keychains". You should see a keychain named "CAC-XXXXXXXXX" appear in the
upper left pane. If you don't see this, open the Console utility
(/Applications/Utilities) and choose Open System Log from the file menu.
You should see log messages appear when you insert and remove the CAC from
the reader. These messages are put in the log by com.apple.SecurityServer.
Disconnecting and reconnecting the reader should also cause messages to be
written to the log. If you don't see any messages, the reader is not
functioning, your Mac USB is broken, or your system software is not
installed properly.
