I've been unsuccessful in getting SCM card readers to work with Leopard.
The consensus seems to be (at least for now), to not use readers from
SCM Microsystems. Members of this distro seem to have had success with
OMNIKEY 3021 and 3121 readers. I've got a 3021 (I like the size of the
3021 over the 3121 for portability) on order that is due to arrive
today. Others have expressed satisfaction with the 3121.
