It's his personal phone. My understanding from DOIM is that Iphones and AKO are no go because the Apple servers aren't Government-specific servers like Blackberry servers for official Blackberries, so for wireless that's a no go mixing government with non-government e-mail in case the Apple servers were hacked. But keep in mind, this is the same DOIM that is telling me they "can't" let me use a MacBook Pro I've been asking to get because they "can't" support Apple products.
