A couple of solutions come to mind.
1. I believe PGP desktop can do this. It is available on both platforms.
2. Lexar USB drives include free encryption software for both Mac and
Windows. The software is an extra step but is pretty easy and works.

Can anyone recommend a program that runs on Mac and Windows that
will allow me to share encrypted drive images across both platforms?
Example: I can create encrypted DMG files in Mac, but windows cannot
read them.. I can use something like Cypherix to create something in
Windows, but mac cannot read them...
I would like something that I can read and write on both systems to
a thumb drive to keep things secure, but not have to jump through
hoops to get it to work.
thanks!
