I’d use Truecrypt which now has a Mac version. It’s a great
product that I’ve used for years (on the PC side).

Subject: [Fed-Talk] Drive Encryption - Cross Platform compatible
Can anyone recommend a program that runs on Mac and Windows
that will allow me to share encrypted drive images across both platforms?
Example: I can create encrypted DMG files in Mac, but
windows cannot read them.. I can use something like Cypherix to create
something in Windows, but mac cannot read them...
I would like something that I can read and write on both
systems to a thumb drive to keep things secure, but not have to jump through
hoops to get it to work.
