What is most confounding of all is that 100% of the GFE in my organization
IS -- wait for it -- BLACBERRY! And, 100% of all my official Army contacts
outside my organization use -- YES, BLACKBERRY!
So by what thought process does AKO/DKO develop a capability for Windows
Mobile which, at least as far as I know, does not run on Blackberry; but
Blackberrys are, by my unofficial survey, 100% of GFE which does not run
Windows Mobile.
Can someone, anyone, run down the syllogistic outline for that decision?
