Greetings Paul,
I don't know about Blackboard, but Sharepoint is easily accessible via "Microsoft Document Connect" which comes with MS Office for Mac (Business edition if I am not mistaken).
Last thing I remember about Blackboard was using it through Safari, finding it to be a fair CMS that performed the same as what the Windows IE and Safari (both Mac and Windows), and was comparable to Sakai. I have not kept up with either of them, and Bing seems to only bring up e-flame wars on the subject as opposed to a clear comparison.
Oh well, that is my two cents worth.

I have been told that my duties will soon change and I will be working a lot more on SharePoint and Blackboard. As I've mentioned before I have vision issues (ironically this might get me the Macbook Pro off of the network I've been asking for!). Are SharePoint and Blackboard accessible? If so, how? Has anyone used them with a Mac?
