When the new pricing came out for the data plans, I went into my AT&T account online and looked into how much data I actually use. One month, in the past 3 years I used 403 mb.
That was the highest peak, i was mostly underneath 200 mb. I consider myself to be a very heavy iPhone user, email, browsing, etc. I was very surprised when I found out how much data I actually /don't/ use. I thought I used far more.
I will probably get the 2 GB data plan, just to be safe, my wife will only need the 200. We'll actually save money. I would probably venture a guess that most of iPhone users are like me or my wife. In fact I think I read somewhere that the AT&T CEO said that.
All these peopler bitching about "OMG they took away unlimited", probably never knew how little they used their data plan.
