Don't know if I'm allowed to ask unofficial questions here so if not please respond off list if you respond at all. Itunes charged me twice for a video I downloaded to my Ipad. But when I click on the link in the email to report a problem nothing happens and when I copy and paste it into Safari window it says Itunes is not available. Is there some other link I can use to report a problem? (It's only $5, but hey...and I don't know if this will be a recurring issue.)
