DISA Field Security Operations (FSO) has released the draft iPhone/iPad STIG, Version 1. A TIM has been scheduled for 14 October 2010 from 0900-1500 EST via conference call and DCO. Please refer to the TIM Memo for details.
To register your attendance, call (717)267-9968 or email email@hidden by 13 October 2010. Please provide comments, recommended changes, and/or additions to the draft STIG by 28 October 2010 on the Comment Matrix spreadsheet.

I would note that DISA is in the process of authoring a STIG that will apply to iOS devices, like the iPhone. Comments on the draft are due at the end of October:
