I stopped the Database Daemon process and then deleted my database (tossed it in the Trash and emptied it.) Outlook crashed within a few minutes:

Microsoft Error Reporting log version: 2.0

Error Signature:
Exception: EXC_BAD_ACCESS
Date/Time: 2010-10-14 14:14:40 -0400
Application Name: Microsoft Outlook
Application Bundle ID: com.microsoft.Outlook
Application Signature: OPIM
Application Version: 14.0.0.100825
Crashed Module Name: PowerPlantCore
Crashed Module Version: 14.0.0.100825
Crashed Module Offset: 0x0000658f
Blame Module Name: PowerPlantCore
Blame Module Version: 14.0.0.100825
Blame Module Offset: 0x0000658f
Application LCID: 1033
Extra app info: Reg=en Loc=0x0409
Crashed thread: 0

On the relaunch, I got this message:

"Time Machine has restored your Office database. To use this database, you must rebuild it using the Database Utility. To continue, click Rebuild. After the rebuilding process is complete, close the Database Utility, and then reopen the Office application."

The Microsoft Database Utility then launched, backed up the Main Identity folder to Main Identity [Backed up 2010-10-14 14.19.00], and began rebuilding the Main Identity database into ~/Documents/Microsoft User Data/Main Identity. The rebuild took about 4 minutes.

Thanks,
Rich
