One must ask if Microsoft ever makes something that doesn't genuinely suck
(the ONLY product I've seen that doesn't is the XBOX 360)...
I've already had an unrecoverable error (a great descriptive microsoft
message) and had to totally wipe the database and reinitialize it (Outlook
2011)...
And don't get me started on the "Are you sure? - Are you sure you're are?
Are you sure you meant to tell me you're sure?" prompts in win2008 R2 - I
can't even get their download manager for our volume license site to
install properly!!!
Yet we continue to roll out their great stuff...
