It also helps if the IT beaurcrats actually read the document, and not confuse acronyms. Mandatory Access Control (MAC) does not equal Macintosh computer. I can see the mistake due to a quick reaction. However, those who misread a document or don’t read it at all often make foolish and detrimental mistakes.
