Just because Apple is using the App Store delivery model for a developer preview of an OS doesn't mean the license will allow it to be legally installed on multiple computers. The technical delivery method of a developer preview is unrelated to the licensing model, much less for a final release. Simply moving a download to the App Store and operating with assumptions about existing Apple ID/App Store policy doesn't mean a single Lion download will suddenly be legal for 5 computers.
