Rex,
Please try to avoid drawing conclusions without basing it on known facts.
WWDC == World Wide Developers Conference is put on by Apple's "World Wide Developer Relations" Division (WWDR) of Apple - Not by Apple HQ, Not by Apple Government Sales, Not by Apple Enterprise, etc. Their customers are Developers for solutions on Apple Products. Several of us in the Enterprise Division have had the privilege of being able to participate and present at previous conferences. However, the amount of content, location space, available resources, etc. all contribute to the need by WWDR to focus squarely on the needs of just their customer -- the "Developer". Many Enterprise customers play multiple roles IT/Developer/End User/... and benefit from the understanding of the various technologies down to the API level and not just marketing materials.
Please do not attribute this to what *Apple* does or does not believe their customers need. It is not that "Apple is wrong", but rather that the *Apple WWDR Division* is not providing what you are looking for from WWDC. Not a problem, just not what you and some other non-developers are looking for. You are better served by Apple's available Enterprise Whitepapers and Online Video content and those that we would work to provide you in the future. Also, third-party availability of accurate Training/Technical information you are looking for is always an option as well.
- Shawn
