For a browser-based RSS reader I use iGoogle. You can have multiple pages, and multiple tabs per page. I have a page for Technology news, a page for Hobbies, and a page for other news (Associated Press, NYTimes, BBC, etc). For my i-devices I use Zite and Flipboard.
