Dumb question but how do you make sure you're NOT a "hotspot" (that someone isn't piggybacking on your bandwidth)?
I just heard an AT&T commercial about their LTE while listening to the *Yankees game & there were about 5 minutes of doublespeed, doubletalk disclaimers afterward but I still caught "extra fees" at least 3 times and "not available" at least once.
