I bought one to connect my (as of yesterday previous generation) Mini to my OWC Qx2 RAID Array. Using TBolt to eSATA, I think I got up to 2xFW800 speed, but nowhere near what I would have expected from an eSATA interface. But part of that is the Qx2, which is rather sluggish. On single eSATA drives, the speed was better.
