Job title: Solaris Systems Engineer
A successful candidate will have 5+ years experience of enterprise level UNIX system administration/engineering. Data center environment consists of MacOSX, IBM/AIX and SUN/Solaris systems. This position is focused primarily on SUN/Oracle server support with a second focus on IBM/AIX servers. You should also understand SAN, RAID and file system technology (IBM, SUN, Xserve RAID's, etc.)
Candidate needs to be proficient with the administration, installation, configuration, troubleshooting and writing of support documentation of Oracle/Solaris and IBM/AIX HW technology. HA skills are required (VCS preferred). …
