There is no workaround. They have disabled access from outside of the DoD domains. Why they don't just allow the same CAC authentication, I have no idea.

i've configured it for CAC authentication and it appears to make the initial connection then either drops it or times out because it doesn't get a valid response from OWA which i think is due to the acknowledgment page that DISA put up on the web site.

anyone from Microsoft, got a work around?
