Greg Neagle built a handy tool named createOSXInstallPkg that will generate an installer package to install Apple OSs:
If you need to install certain things after an OS upgrade (like reinstalling your systems management tool, antivirus, etc.), I've built a tool that is designed to work with createOSXInstallPkg:
