If you want to get sort of fancy there is even one built into a lanyard to hold your CAC. It is a bit heavy but it does the job.

Smartcard readers are, in my experience, not terribly reliable. We see failures in the integrated ones with some frequency in our non-Apple products.

Suggest velcro rather than superglue ;-)

The super tiny SCM3500 is my preference. They can be had for between $7 and 8 if you hunt Amazon and or Ebay.
