Actually, I found it online, without paying :-) It's available to
"Online" (free) members, I just didn't know where it was. It's located
under the "Mac OS X" section of the downlaods.
Sadly, serving up a ZFS volume via Leopard's file sharing does not
allow Time Machine to back up to ZFS (despite the fact that Time
Machine uses a disk image anyway). This was my first use of ZFS...
