Interestingly enough, we did also have bugs in mmap, but I am reasonable
confident it is now correct. 'fsx' can run without fail now. Although if
you have test programs for a specific problem, it would be interesting to
try those as well.
It is interesting to note that MacZFS classic, works with mds before 10.8,
but not after. Possibly mds is even more picky now.
