How to customize the summary panel?

Hi
I am trying to display some info to end users after installation is completed.
My postflight script will do some configuration work and write the configuration result to a log file.
If some errors happen, the error info should be displayed in the summary panel.
When I try this with PackageMaker, I only find the way to customize summary panel with a rtf file or embedded text,and I can only customize the "successfully installed" panel. I do not find how to customize the fail panel, and do not know how to make the installer display "fail install" summary panel.
Does anyone know how to do this or it is impossible to do so with Packagemaker?
