Hi

I have the following questions related Leopard.

1. If I use the installer command line tool to install some pkgs then will
the receipts be created in the /Library/Receipts folder?

2. If it is not created, but instead added to a database, then is there a
way that my application can access this database to get information about
the receipts?

You can find answers to your question with the following procedure:

1. Open Safari.app

2. Type the following URL:

http://developer.apple.com/products/online.html

3. Click Add to cart in the ADC Select Membershift pane

4. Proceed to sync your bank account with the Apple Store

5. Download Leopard

6. Install Leopard

Not sure it can help but there's no really other way (officially).
