Just add an empty folder, and deselect it in the Contents tab. Then assign a postinstall script for that empty folder :)
Good luck!

Hello All,
A few weeks ago someone mentioned to me (through this list) that one way to make an uninstaller was with PackageMaker. What was suggested was to create a pmdoc with no payload, and to then attach a postinstall script that does the actual removal of the software.
I have tried this to no avail. It seems that I cannot add a postinstall script without a payload. I am stuck. I am using PackageMaker 3.0.1 and have read through the User's Guide several times while building my packages.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to proceed?
