So, it's either me, or a bug!
Why are you setting the hidden flag of the installer you're building?
It's just hiding the extension for the file name.
Apparently in PackageMaker 3, when you build a package which includes
some bundles, the search flag (Relocatable) is automatically enabled
(re-enabled).
A space in the identifier string should not lead to an installation
error.
It would be a good idea to file 2 bug reports.
