If you make a package with InstallEase, there is an option to make an IceBerg Project file. Once you do that, you can open that IceBerg project and easly add scripts in the scripts section then use IceBerg to make a package that includes the scripts.

Relative newbie here.
I've used the LanRev "InstallEase" utility to build a snapshot package
(Acrobat Pro) that seems to work well.
What I'm trying to do now is to simply add a couple of pre-flight
scripts, specifically to remove (uninstall) Acrobat Pro 7 and Acrobat
Reader prior to installing Acrobat 8.
I can open the pkg format up in PackageMaker, but don't quite know where
to go after that... I also have Iceberg on my system, but haven't
experimented with it much.
If it is any help at all, I also created a .dmg from InstallEase, so I
have the full file hierarchy if I need to re-create any of the process.
The end goal is to deploy the package via our ARD task server, so just
trying to find a good seamless way to rip out the old version and
install the new, but don't really know the secret to un-installing the
old version.
thanks for any suggestions, tips, or guidance,
Taylor
