Yep, you are. "Repair Permissions" only uses the bom files from a
select group of Apple-installed pkgs. Everything else is ignored.
I do agree that post-flights are a bad way of covering up for
PackageMaker's problems (Iceberg is a much better solution when
possible), but this is not the reason why.
