packagemaker errors

using packagemaker 3.0.1 (from orig 3.0.1 xcode tools).

I know, PM 3.x has LOT of issues...but has anyone else seen these errors:

CFPropertyListCreateFromXMLData(): Old-style plist parser: missing semicolon in dictionary. An error occurred while creating the AppleDouble file for Register.htm (Error -5000) Could not split /private/tmp/pkmk.rBTu0/copy.gfcz/Application Warning: "/Developer/Tools/SplitForks" failed to preserve resource forks with error code 1.
