Admin Authorization?

  • Subject: Admin Authorization?
  • From: Rick Mann <email@hidden>

I just realized, it seems Leopard offers *only* Admin authentication. However, I am always prompted, even though I am already an admin user. Is there a way to reduce the need to be prompted?

Looking at this document:

	http://developer.apple.com/tools/installerpolicy.html

I see that what we would like to have used to be available. That is, if the user is already an admin, we don't want them to have to authenticate. Is this no longer available, why?

And why is this doc so out of date?

TIA,
Rick
