thanks greg, you are right, i can make a manual package work by
unchecking this flag

i have now read all the posts and am trying to understand the final
issues with using the command line version of packagemaker and
stopping relocation

is there a definitive way to stop the relocation in the latest version
of packagemaker used from the command line?

thanks in advance

bill
