PackageMaker install/upgrade on 10.4 vs 10.5

Hello all,
I'm running into a bit of a cosmetic problem with the "upgrade"
functionality on 10.5.

If I create a package, Foobar.pkg, with version 1.0 and install it on
both systems, then change the version to 2.0, we run into minor
cosmetic issues.

Both systems run the pre/post upgrade scripts fine. On 10.4, however,
the install dialogs change the terminology and buttons to say
"Upgrade" whereas the 10.5 dialogs continue to say "Install". I don't
know if there are any additional quirks beyond this, as both installs
work fine. I am simply trying to "fix" this cosmetic issue.

Any help would be appreciated, or any clues as to where to begin
looking. Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Aaron
