Hi,

I have a number of installers that install files to the same folder. The problem is, each install I do DELETES all of the files installed by the previous installer!!

I think this is because they all install files to the same folder. I can't change that part of it.

If I delete the receipt from the previous install, the problem doesn't occur. So, can I prevent receipts from being created at all?

I can't believe that an installer would automatically delete files from a user's computer, with no option to prevent it...

Well, it would if it thought that this was the same package you're installing and some files had been obsoleted.

This will happen for instance if you use the same bundle identifier for all your packages.
