Are you trying to install on your development machine? If you are chances are your app is being relocated. You can check the install log to find out for sure.

Namaste!
I've created an installation using PackageMaker (I'm running OSX 10.5.?) and
have the latest version of the developer tools (as far as I know anyway).
When I Build & Run it, everything in the package installs except the
application itself. The application's destination is simply /Applications.
Searching online yields nothing particular about my issue.
Anyone have any ideas about it?
