Hello Jon,
On the left side, click on your package under the contents area, then click
on Components on the right side. Allow relocation may be checked. Uncheck
it, and this may solve the problem.

Namaste!
I've created an installation using PackageMaker (I'm running OSX 10.5.?) and
have the latest version of the developer tools (as far as I know anyway).
When I Build & Run it, everything in the package installs except the
application itself. The application's destination is simply /Applications.
Searching online yields nothing particular about my issue.
Anyone have any ideas about it?
